This set of larger letter tiles are used by teachers for classroom instruction. This set is excellent for teachers working with students in the second half of first grade and in all subsequent grades. All tiles in this set are 3" x3" tall and magnetized. The tiles are organized in a plastic box and most often used by the teacher and the students in large group instruction The entire set contains approximately 135 tiles. The tiles includes many of the most common graphemes in the english language. They include one tile to represent each of the letter combinations for most sounds in the English language. (For example, tiles for the sound long o include o, oa, o-e, oe, ow, and ough.)
